- Determine the correct fraction of the set for the given attribute (i.e., "What fraction of the bowls are red?" "What fraction of the pens have caps?" "What fraction of the candy was not eaten?")
- Write a basic fraction, including numerator and denominator.
- Recognize different basic fractions, including one-half, one-third, one-quarter, two-thirds, three-quarters, etc.

Questions in this digital fractions activity are presented in multiple-choice format and fill-in-the-blank format.

Children can enlist the help of the following handy features in their math practice sessions:

- Explanation page – A detailed explanation page will show students the correct solution in response to a wrong answer. Students can take a look at the easy-to-follow explanation to learn from mistakes and improve accuracy.
- Progress-tracker - Students can view the progress tracker to see how many questions they have answered out of the total number of questions in the math activity.
- Score-tracker – Students can check out the score-tracker to learn how many points they have achieved so far for answering questions correctly.
- Read-aloud feature – Students can click the speaker icon to hear the math question read out loud to them in a clear voice. This is a great resource for ESL/ELL students and children who excel as auditory processors.
