Celebrate spring and practice geometry skills with a free printable math craft featured in our March blog post. Students will decorate a spring kite and use it to practice geometry concepts, including finding area and perimeter, classifying angles and triangles, and finding a line of symmetry. Click the link to read the article and print the spring activity for your class.
This month we are giving away a set of 10 T.I.-108 calculators along with a convenient carrying caddy to one lucky winner! Students will find these calculators durable and easy to use. Go to our contest page and put your name in the drawing by March 31st for your chance to win.
Students are delighted by the animated characters they meet in their math practice sessions on I Know It. However, you may prefer your students practice math skills without their animated friends at times, and that’s a great choice too. Simply set the option for animated characters to “Allow” or “Do Not Allow” under the general lesson settings in your administrator account.
